Melinda Ostermeyer

Melinda Ostermeyer is an executive and organization development consultant, with over twelve years experience specializing in coaching leaders and groups, facilitating large and small group decision-making processes, mediating a variety of disputes, designing conflict management systems, and training professionals in collaborative decision-making techniques and emotional intelligence competencies. She is an accredited expert in Emotional Intelligence, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and other developmental and assessment tools. Melinda has an additional twelve years of senior leadership experience, as Executive Director of two large-scale dispute resolution organizations – the DC Courts Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division in Washington, DC and the Dispute Resolution Centers in Houston, Texas. Furthermore, Melinda has an advanced degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University (magna cum laude), and an Executive Coaching Certification from Georgetown University.
