Neutral Evaluation
Neutral Evaluation is a voluntary, consensual, non-binding process in which a Neutral evaluates the merits of a dispute. Each side has an opportunity to present information and supporting arguments regarding their case. The Neutral will evaluate, based on his/her expertise, the strengths and weaknesses of the claims, supporting evidence and possible outcomes. The Neutral’s evaluation is a form of legal information that is provided impartially. The process is confidential, so the results are not admissible in court. Neutral Evaluation offers a way for parties to gather information as a means to resolving their dispute.
All parties must be represented by counsel unless The McCammon Group gives consent in exceptional circumstances.
