Dr. Bina Patel is a seasoned conflict resolution expert and organizational ombuds with over 15 years of experience spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Her private sector background includes strategic roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises, where she managed multimillion-dollar import/export logistics and facilitated cross-agency collaboration; Geodis Wilson USA, where she coordinated regional marine logistics and pricing strategies for oil and gas clients; and consulting engagements across international business sectors. With deep expertise in dispute resolution, systems improvement, and cross-cultural leadership, Dr. Patel has advised C-suite executives, managed international business curricula, and supported Fortune 500 and global NGO clients in building resilient, inclusive workplace cultures. She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution & Peacekeeping Analysis and an M.B.A. in International Business.
