ABOUT COACHING

A Confidential Partnership
Built Around Growth

Coaching offers:

  • The opportunity to grow and harness your goals
  • Time to reflect, focus and leverage your insight into agency and effective action
  • Someone who is completely committed to your success, who can support the growth of new habits and behaviors by acting as an accountability partner and trusted confidant
  • A ‘mirror’ that helps surface old patterns that get in the way of your success
  • The chance to become who you always wanted to be
  • An approach distinct from performance management, HR processes or Therapy

All engagements are governed by a formal Coaching Agreement that establishes clear expectations and protects client confidentiality from the start and is governed by ICF ethical guidelines.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Built for leaders at every level

Our coaching serves individuals and teams across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. From newly promoted supervisors to senior executives, we meet people where they are.

We work with:

  • New managers and newly promoted supervisors
  • High-potential employees
  • Mid-level managers and senior leaders
  • Executives
  • HR professionals
  • Teams in transition or experiencing conflict
  • Individuals referred through ombuds or EDR processes

Coaching can be sponsored by an organization or arranged individually. Confidentiality protections apply in both cases. Sponsors receive only participation confirmation and high-level themes, unless the client authorizes more in writing.

CONFLICT-FOCUSED

Conflict Coaching

WHY IT WORKS

What clients walk away with

Coaching with Veritext Ombuds and EDR is grounded in practitioner expertise, not just coaching theory. Our coaches bring lived experience from dispute resolution practice and organizational development across the public and private sectors.

Clarity

Understanding what matters most, where the real obstacles are, and what actions will move things forward.

Conflict Confidence

Practical tools and greater ease in navigating difficult conversations, feedback, and interpersonal friction.

Leadership Growth

Stronger presence, better decision-making, and more effective relationships up, down, and across the organization.

Accountability

A structured, consistent process that supports follow-through on goals and meaningful behavioral change.

THE PROCESS

How a coaching engagement unfolds

Every engagement is customized, but most follow a clear arc from intake through sustained growth.

Intake and alignment
We clarify goals, discuss the coaching agreement, and confirm fit between coach and client.

Discovery sessions
Early coaching sessions surface patterns, strengths, and priorities. Sponsored clients may include a manager alignment meeting. Expectations are set around confidentiality and client-led updates/progress reports, if requested by the Sponsor.

Active development
The heart of the engagement. Sessions focus on real challenges, experimentation, skill-building, and reflection.

Wrap-up and sustaining
A final session to consolidate gains, review progress, and identify next steps beyond the engagement.
