Jacqueline Villafañe, Psy.D.

Jacqueline Villafañe, Psy.D., has over twenty years of conflict and problem resolution coaching. In addition to being an Ombuds in a solo and multi Ombuds office, setting up effective workflows for case management, data collection and reporting are strengths. With decades of facilitation, mediation, coaching, and training, she holds multiple certifications in psychometric instruments and coaching methodologies.

Jacqueline’s experience intersects many industries helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations own their transformation journey. Previous careers include mental health, organization psychology, leadership development, higher ed faculty, business/program design, and as consultant to nonprofit, government, military, legal professionals, sports and corporate clients globally.

Currently serving a term on the International Ombuds Association (IOA) Board, she is an author, a member of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, trained mediator, and DEIB in the Workplace coach. Jacqueline was the Ombuds for the National American Red Cross with an average of 800 cases annually and over 350,000 workforce members interfacing with internal and external clients in hospital/ medical programs, military, disaster relief, training programs and humanitarian international and partner programs.
