Toni Hawkins

Toni has been mediating, arbitrating, ombudsing, coaching and guiding people through conflict for more than 15 years. She partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate conflict, improve communication and strengthen relationships in meaningful, sustainable ways.
Toni provides conflict coaching, facilitates interpersonal and group dialogues, and designs customized, dynamic learning experiences for private companies, government entities, nonprofits, and educational institutions.
She believes conflict, when approached with intention, can be transformative. Her practice centers on creating environments where curiosity is encouraged, authenticity is welcomed, and individuals expand their capacity and agency.
Toni earned a B.S. in Psychology from Jackson State University, an MPH in Health Systems Management from Tulane University’s School of Public Health, and an MA in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University. She served on the mediation rosters for Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. Toni is on the FINRA arbitration roster, is a certified eldercaring coordinator and is a member of the ABA Alternative Dispute Resolution section, Association for Conflict Resolution, International Ombuds Association and the Coalition of Federal Ombuds.
