Federal Dispute Resolution Program grows at The McCammon Group
Donald P. Arnavas, Esq. former judge Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, has joined The McCammon Group, a leading alternative dispute resolution firm.
Mr. Arnavas’ eight years on the bench were preceded and followed by a private practice focusing on government contracts law and international commercial arbitration. Author and educator, his first text, Government Contracts Guidebook (3rd Edition) has been used by more than 50 law schools and universities, and his second, Using ADR to Resolve Government Contract Disputes, has also meet with
wide acceptance and will soon enter its 2nd Edition.
Mr. Arnavas will focus his efforts in The McCammon Group’s Federal Dispute Resolution Program providing mediation, arbitration, facilitation and training to federal agencies.

The McCammon Group was formed in 1995 and is comprised of forty-nine retired judges and prominent attorneys located throughout Virginia, D.C. and Maryland. The Group handles a broad spectrum of cases including personal injury, commercial, family, construction, public policy, and many other types of civil disputes. The Federal Dispute Resolution Program was established in 2005 to address the specific needs of the federal sector.
