Magistrate (State of Maryland)


A Magistrate may be appointed by a sitting judge as an officer of the court to perform many specific functions that will assist the court Judge in handling family and juvenile matters.

All parties must be represented by counsel unless The McCammon Group gives consent in exceptional circumstances.
