Hon. Joseph A. Leafe (Ret.) Joins The McCammon Group

The Honorable Joseph A. Leafe, retired Chief Judge of the Norfolk Circuit Court, has joined The McCammon Group, Virginia’s leading mediation, arbitration, facilitation and training firm.

Judge Leafe served eight years on the bench in the Norfolk Circuit Court until his retirement in March, 2006. His time on the bench was preceded by a distinguished public service career. He served in the Virginia House of Delegates, Norfolk City Council and was Mayor of the City of Norfolk for eight years. In addition to his public service career he had a broad civil litigation career. Judge Leafe is a former member of the Wilcox & Savage law firm, American Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association,
and Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association.
