Andrew (Andy) H. Marks, Esq. has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the mid-Atlantic region.

Andy Marks is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who also has more than 25 years of experience serving both as a mediator and arbitrator. Andy has broad-based experience with complex commercial litigation matters involving business torts and contracts, class actions, fiduciary duty, corporate governance, insurance coverage, law firm issues, attorney client relationships, defamation, and commercial real estate.  He is a Past President of both the DC Bar and the DC Bar Foundation. Andy now brings this distinctive record of leadership and experience to The McCammon Group to continue serving the mediation and arbitration needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the DC region and beyond.
