Donald T. Bucklin, Esq. Joins The McCammon Group

Donald T. Bucklin, a distinguished litigator and former President of the Bar Association of DC, has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of mediation, arbitration and related dispute resolution services in the mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Bucklin has extensive experience litigating commercial disputes ranging in matters which include but are not limited to antitrust, government contracts, product liability, construction, and intellectual property. He is Senior Counsel with Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP and a retired Senior Partner of the DC office. Mr. Bucklin is a former Independent Counsel appointed pursuant to the Ethics in Government Act as well as a former Senior Counsel in the United States Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs of special investigation into Campaign Finance.

In addition to his litigation expertise, he has served the attorneys of the Bar Association of DC as its President and as a Trustee of the Bar Foundation. He is a past recipient of The Justin D. Simon Award for Excellence in Teaching Trial Advocacy from Georgetown University, has been recognized in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 1990, and is listed in DC Super Lawyers. Mr. Bucklin is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a past President of the Assistant United States Attorney Association.

Mr. Bucklin will continue his law practice with Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP, but now also lends his expertise to The McCammon Group as he serves the mediation, arbitration, and special master needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the United States and abroad.
