Frank H. Menaker, Esq. Joins The McCammon Group

Frank H. Menaker, a distinguished counselor and bar leader, has joined The McCammon Group, a leading provider of mediation, arbitration, and related dispute resolution services in the mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Menaker is currently Of Counsel at DLA Piper’s DC office where his law practice focuses on internal investigations, corporate governance, and regulatory practice.  Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Lockheed Martin Corporation.

He is a past President of the Washington Metro Area Corporate Counsel Association, a former Chair of the ABA Public Contracts Law Section, and a former Chairman of the Working Group of the Defense Industry Initiative that led to the establishment of corporate principles for business ethics and conduct.

In 2008, Mr. Menaker was listed as one of Legal Times’ “Visionaries.”  He also serves as a member on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Washington College of Law at American University.

Mr. Menaker will continue his law practice with DLA Piper, but now also lends his experience to The McCammon Group as he serves the mediation, arbitration, and facilitation needs of lawyers and litigants involved in mergers and acquisitions, government contracts, employment, and other complex commercial disputes.
