Expertise in design and implementation of informal resources such as Ombuds services, Mediation programs, and Peers for a Respectful Workplace initiatives for organizations.  Experience mediating custody and visitation matters for the Richmond JDR District Court. Strong cultural competence in working with parties from around the world. Fluent in Kannada (South Indian dialect).
