Hon. Martin P. Welch (Ret.) Receives the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s Paul A. Dorf Memorial ADR Award

The McCammon Group is pleased to congratulate one of our own, the Hon. Martin P. Welch (Ret.), who is the 2025 recipient of  the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s Paul. A. Dorf Memorial ADR Award. The award was presented to Judge Welch on November 25 at the Bar’s Annual Past Presidents’ Luncheon.

Named in memory of Paul A. Dorf, a “guiding light of alternative dispute resolution,” this award is presented to an individual in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area who has significantly advanced the goals of ADR.

The McCammon Group has provided ADR services including mediation, arbitration, special master, ombuds, and judge pro tempore. It consists of over eighty Neutrals including retired judges and practicing attorneys located throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
